Questions
How long does my video take?
Usually a few minutes. The trend page shows the usual wait. You can close the page: we send you an email when it is ready.
Where are my videos?
In “My videos”, with your Google account. You can download each video for one year.
My photo did not pass the check. Why?
The check looks for one adult, clearly visible, with the framing the trend needs. Use a recent, sharp photo with good light, from your camera, not a screenshot.
My video did not work. Do I get my money back?
If we cannot make your video, the refund is automatic. If the video has a clear defect, write to hola@tumbaoai.me within 7 days.
How do I delete my data?
Write to hola@tumbaoai.me from the email of your account, and we delete your photos, videos, and account data.
